Refund policy
At Golden Ground Coffee, we want you to love every sip. If something’s not quite right with your order, we’re here to help. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, simply email us at claus@goldengroundcoffee.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your package back. Please note that items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order when it arrives and let us know immediately if something is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can make it right. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used coffee, perishable goods, sale items, custom or personalized products, or gift cards. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, don’t hesitate to get in touch.
If you’d like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at claus@goldengroundcoffee.com.
